At STRAWBERRY, we want you to love what you order.

Exchange Policy:
We offer a 7-day easy exchange from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

How to Exchange:
Contact us on WhatsApp within 7 days of receiving your order. Share your order number and reason for exchange. We'll guide you through the process.

Non-Exchangeable Items:
Due to hygiene reasons, panties and intimate wear cannot be exchanged unless received damaged or defective.

Damaged or Wrong Items:
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and we'll resolve it immediately.

Cash on Delivery Orders:
COD orders are not eligible for refunds — exchange only.
